On 21st November 2017, Ben married Meghan McCain in McCain’s ranch in Sedona. They had kept their relationship under wraps until early November when Page Six revealed she was engaged to Domenech, although at the time his identity remained a secret.
Meghan later revealed that they got engaged at the Mayo Clinic, where his father, John McCain, was having a scan “because we decided to sort of celebrate life and celebrate being alive and all these things.”
On 30th August 2018 Ben Domenech tweeted a screenshot of a doctored image of a gun pointed at Meghan McCain as she approached her father John McCain’s casket. The post was captioned “America, this one for you”.
He wrote in a now deleted tweet “Hey @jack, this has been up for half a day. It has been reported 100+ times. No response. Tell me why this is cool by you.” After the account was suspended he deleted his tweet “so no one will have to see it.”
I am going to delete the initial tweet now so no one has to see it. Still want an explanation for why something so obviously in violation took so much attention for Twitter to react.

On 31st August he slammed Twitter for letting the post to stay up for hours even after being reported.
“Twitter finally suspended this account this morning, “No one should have to raise a ruckus or highlight this sort of thing publicly to get their attention.”
It took my hours later tweet to finally get a reaction. Did not want to elevate it but that is what Twitter requires apparently.

Oh, and the reaction was from the guy, not Twitter. Looks like he set his account to private.
