Chrisann Verges is the wife to magician and historian Ricky Jay. She is an Emmy winning producer and production manager known for End of Watch (2012), Enough Said (2013) and Cyrus (2010). In 2005 she won an Emmy award as the producer for ‘Warm Springs’, a made for TV movie.

Chrisann Verges married Ricky Jay in 2002. Ricky full name Richard Jay potash was an American stage magician, actor, and writer who died on 24th November 2018. Jay was a gifted sleight of hand artist and was also known for his card tricks, card throwing, memory feats, and stage patter. Jay became the first and only magician to have ever been profiled PBS’ American Masters after he was a subject of an episode in 2015.

Jay also appeared in films such as Boogie Nights, Magnolia and Tomorrow Never Dies. He was once listed by the Guinness World Records as throwing a playing card 190ft (58m) at 90mph (145km/h).
