Frank’s first broadcasting job was in his weather career at WTAP-TV in Parkersburg, West Virginia. He was balancing the work with his classes at Ohio University. Later on after a year, Frank moved on to spend seven years as a weatherperson for WFMJ-TV 21. But he eventually made his final appearances on WFMJ’s airwaves before moving to Cincinnati.
