Jane Forbes Clark is an American sports foundation administrator. She is the Chair of the Board of Directors of The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum and also the director of The Clark Foundation. She is a member of the Boys’ Club of New York All Sports Hall of Fame.

Clark previously served as Vice Chairman of The Jackie Robinson Empire State Freedom Medal Commission, Trustee of the Little League Foundation, and is past Vice Chairman and Trustee of The United States Equestrian Team and past Director of The United States Olympic Committee.
She also served as an Executive Board Member of the Fédération Equestre Internationale and Chairman of its Group IV for eight years.

Jane Forbes is the director of The Clark Foundation which is a private foundation that provides grants to qualified non-profit organizations in the Pacific Northwest. The foundation was established in 1968 by Maurie Clark. The majority of the Foundation’s grants are awarded in the areas of social services, education and health and human services with a smaller percentage available for cultural and religious organizations. The Foundation typically awards grants for specific projects over general operating requests.
