Joe Giudice (real name Giuseppe Giudice) is an Italian born American entrepreneur and reality television personality born on 22nd May 1972 in Saronno, Italy. He is the owner of G & G Stone & Stucco, a private construction company.

Joe was born in Italy and was brought up in USA after his parents relocated when he was a kid.

Joe owns G & G Stone & Stucco, a private construction company that has an annual income of about $500,00 to $1 million. In 2009 he opened a pizzeria which run for a while before shuting it.

In 2010 he charged with careless and drunk driving which cost him a huge amount of money and his driving icence was ceased for 9 years.

Joe and Teresa met in high schoo and got married in 1999, They share four children together Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana.

On 29th July 2013 Joe and Teresa were convicted of mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. Joe was jailed for 41 months while his wife for 15 months.

In 2009 Joe filed for bankruptcy stating that he was $ 11 million in debt. In 2011 he withdrew the bankruptcy with his wife promising to pay $8 million in a year

Joe was sent to Fort Dix prison in New Jersy on 8th January 2015 after he was convicted of bankruptcy fraud, mail, and wire. The US Weekly magazine in June 29016 that he was struggling behind bars

Joe Giudice Deportation/ Joe Giudice Immigration

On 10th October 2018 during hearing in Pennsylvania’s York Immigration Court a judge, Judge Ellington, ruled that Joe must be deported to his native country, Italy.

“Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief. Mr.
Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a
matter of law.”

“I don’t understand how I can be deported on this case, if you will, I’ll tell you my
side. I shouldn’t even be here right now. I have to go back and tell my kids this, and
they’ve been waiting to hear from me… My charges are one of the lowest charges in
this whole BOP facility or whatever you call it. I can explain” Joe responded.

The judge however explained that Joe can file an appeal by 9th November. Joe had
previously begged the court, on 1st September, during his last court hearing to let
him stay in the U.S with his family.

“I’ve been here my whole life, I wouldn’t know what to do in any other country, I want
to stay here.”

Joe Giudice Divorce

According to Teresa is considering divorcing Joe after it was reported that Joe would be deported to Italy. Teresa wants what best for their four daughters and if they don’t want to move to Italy it is alleged that she will have to file the papers.

“She is talking about divorce, absolutely, there is no way Teresa is going to uproot
her life. He did this, why should she suffer?” a source revealed.

“Teresa has told friends that an option is to divorce him, and she feels that’s what
she’ll have to do if the girls don’t want to move to Italy,” another source revealed.

The source also revealed that Teresa has accepted Joe’s deportation unless “something extraordinary happens ”, she has however said that she will support him through the appeal process.
