Kat Taylor is an American philanthropist and the wife of American billionaire hedge fund manager Tom Seyer. She is the co-founder and co-CEO of Beneficial State Bank, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). She is also a Founding Director of TomKat Ranch Educational Foundation (TKREF).

The ad is a 60-second and is scheduled to broadcast when the president is likely to be watching the Fox News show. It will also run on CNN and MSNBC, along with other cable networks in early primary states such as Iowa and New Hampshire.
