Kathryn is the fourth wife of Rush Limbaugh who is an American radio talk show host who is best known as the host of his longtime radio show The Rush Limbaugh Show.
The couple met in 2004 as Rush was ending his third marriage to Marta Limbaugh. At the time Kathryn was running Gary Player’s annual celebrity charity golf tournament, where Rush was competing. The two hit it off and began seeing each other. While they remained close, Rush was apprehensive about marriage. He once told biographer Zev Chafets: “If Kathryn and I were to get married, I know they’d go after her. I’m always going to be a villain . . . But Kathryn, I don’t know how it would be for her, all the gossip and the nastiness. I worry about it.”

On February 3, 2020 Rush Limbaugh announced during his nationally syndicated radio show that he had been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer. He added that he will be out for the next few days as he undergoes treatment. He revealed that before seeing doctors he was experiencing shortness of breath.
